How is Ordrova priced?
A flat monthly fee per branch. There is no commission on your orders. Payment gateways charge their own fees on online payments.
Is the customer app included?
Listing your restaurant in the Ordrova app (on Google Play now, coming soon to the App Store) is included in Growth and Enterprise. Your own branded app, with your name and icon in the App Store and Google Play, is an add-on charged per branch per month on top of the plan.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free, and includes guided onboarding on the Growth plan.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The POS runs on Android tablets, iPads and Windows PCs you already own, with a 58 or 80 mm receipt printer. Kitchen printers and a cash drawer are optional.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new restaurant gets 30 days of Growth for up to 3 branches. When it ends nothing switches off or is deleted: we agree your plan with you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply from your next billing period.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added to your invoice.
How do I get help?
From inside your back office: Contact Ordrova sends us your question with a reference number, and we reply by email. Growth and Enterprise add priority support and a help assistant that answers how-to questions straight away.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can download your customer list at any time, and on Growth and Enterprise your sales reports in Excel. When you close your account we tell you how to get a copy of your data, and we delete it after the retention period in our privacy policy.
