Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Many restaurants use a sub-domain such as order.yourbrand.com for ordering and keep their main site as it is.
Does it cost extra?
Your own domain is included in the Growth and Enterprise plans. You pay your domain registrar for the domain itself.
Can I change my Ordrova address later?
Yes, in Website → Address. The old address stays yours: anyone who opens it or scans a QR code printed with it is sent to the new one, so nothing you printed goes to waste.
What happens if I move to Starter?
Your site goes back to your Ordrova address, and links in emails and after payment use it too. Your domain stays saved, so it works again when you upgrade.
