What's included

Included

  • Phone orders and the till choose the area too
  • Phone orders find the caller by number, with their recent addresses
  • Deliveries from the till: paid now, or cash on delivery settled when the rider returns
  • ASAP-only branches, and delivery hours separate from pickup
  • Your own riders: give a delivery to a rider from the order board, and they get a private link on WhatsApp, with no app to install
  • Riders see the address, a map and the cash to collect, and mark picked up and delivered
  • Customers see who is bringing their order and where the rider is
  • Cash on delivery each rider owes, settled when they hand it in
  • pandago (foodpanda's rider fleet) on your own pandago account: a price quote, send or cancel, and the rider's live status
  • More delivery partners (Bykea, Careem) to come

FAQ

Delivery and phone orders: questions

Something else? Ask us.

Do you provide riders?

No. Ordrova manages your orders and your own riders. When you need more, send a delivery with pandago on your own pandago account, from the order board; more partners are to come.

Do riders need an app?

No. Each delivery comes with a private link sent on WhatsApp. It opens on any phone with the address, a map, the cash to collect and two buttons: picked up and delivered.
