These terms apply to the Ordrova restaurant platform. By using the service you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Ordrova provides software for point of sale, online ordering, kitchen display, payments, tax invoicing and reporting. Features depend on your plan. We may improve and change the service; we will tell you in advance about changes that reduce what your plan includes.
Your account
- Keep sign-in details and till PINs confidential, and give staff only the access they need.
- You are responsible for your menu, prices, taxes and the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You are responsible for your tax registration and for the credentials you connect (payment gateways, tax authorities).
Fees
Plans are billed per branch in advance, monthly or yearly. Payment gateways charge their own fees. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it while your account is active. We process your customers' data on your behalf as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We aim for high availability; the POS keeps selling offline during connection problems. Enterprise plans include a service level agreement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can cancel at the end of a billing period. We may end the service for serious breach of these terms after notice.
